The Casona is located in the area known as “Los Valles”, in the district of “Benia-encima”, in the locality of Benia de Onís, capital of the Council of Onís.
The Council of Onís is in the East of Asturias in the region called “Picos de Europa”.
It is bordered at the North by the Council of Llanes, by the Council of Cabrales at the East, at the West by the Council of Cangas de Onís, and at the South there is the Province of León.
Therefore, its location is strategic, as the “heart” of the Picos de Europa, for it is 15 km/9,32 miles away from Cangas de Onís, from the church of Covadonga and from Arenas de Cabrales. We are also 20 km/12,43 miles away from the best beaches of Llanes and 25 km/15,53 miles away from Covadonga Lakes.
